At Zen Dive, our highest priorities are safety, personal attention, and service. We always keep our groups small - max 4 persons per a guide. We also offer personal instruction to beginners who might be a bit nervous, or to divers who have been out of the water for a long time. We offer discounts for multiple days of diving, and private instruction is available. Please contact us for more details.

Booking Policy

To complete your booking we will kindly ask you to download Credit Card Guarantee form. Please print it, fill in the form, and fax to +62 362 93579
With this form you will authorize Zen Dive Resorts to make reservation charges in respect of your reservation, in accordance that Zen Dive Resorts only charges with its published terms and conditions.

We recognize that privacy is important. We would like to ensure our customers that any data collected during the payment process and during the course of email communications will not be used for any other purpose. The data will also not be disclosed to any third party other than those directly involved in the payment and email processes.

Cancellation Policy

Dive packages – No cancellation charge if booking is canceled 15 days or more prior to the booked arrival date. Full price cancellation fee will be charged if booking is canceled 7 days or less prior to your booked check-in date. No deduction for early departures. Dive trips – Cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the full price if cancellations are made 72-25 hours before trip departure, during office hours. Full price cancellation fee if cancellations are made later than 24 hours prior to departure of trip.
